The Federal Judicial Center Foundation Board, pursuant to Section 629(e) of Title 28 of the United States Code, submits the following report to the Judiciary Committee of the United States Senate and the Judiciary Committee of the United States House of Representatives, as of September 30, 1994:
The Federal Judicial Center Foundation, during the twelve month period from October 1, 1993 to September 30, 1994, received the following gifts:
- From Joe Cecil (unrestricted gift)
- From Melvin R. Goldman (unrestricted gift)
- From Stetson University College of Law (unrestricted gift)
- From Center for Public Resources (130 copies of videotape titled “Mediation in Action” (34 minute demonstration tape) (unrestricted))
- From American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (restricted to education programs for judges in financial accounting according to education program previously approved by Federal Judicial Center)
- From Carnegie Corporation (restricted to science technology program previously approved by Federal Judicial Center Board)
All gifts were duly deposited in the separate account for the Federal Judicial Center Foundation in the Treasury of the United States.
