Welcome to the Federal Judicial Center Foundation, a private nonprofit corporation dedicated to receiving and managing gifts that support the mission and work of the Federal Judicial Center (FJC), the federal courts’ research and education agency. The FJC provides judges and court personnel with educational programs, research, and publications designed to enhance the administration of justice. A key focus of the FJC’s work is preparing federal judges to address emerging areas of litigation by providing resources and training on substantive and procedural developments, enabling them to manage cases fairly, efficiently, and effectively.

Contributions made through the Foundation have supported a wide range of special initiatives, educational programs, research efforts, and other projects that advance the FJC’s mission.
