The Federal Judicial Center Foundation Board, pursuant to Section 629(e) of Title 28 of the United States Code, submits the following report to the Judiciary Committee of the United States Senate and the Judiciary Committee of the United States House of Representatives, as of September 30, 1992:
The Federal Judicial Center Foundation, during the twelve month period from October 1, 1991 to September 30, 1992, received the following gifts:
- From Philip W. Tone (unrestricted gift)
- From Dianne M. Nast (unrestricted gift)
- From Supreme Court Historical Society (restricted to oral history project previously approved by Center Board)
All gifts were duly deposited in the separate account for the Federal Judicial Center Foundation in the Treasury of the United States.
